Application Form

Before filling out the Application Form, all competitors are asked to pay their registration fee.
Payment must be made by Bank Transfer. Other payment methods are not accepted.
The details of the payment must be entered in the relevant fields of the Application Form.

    Please indicate Surname and Name, Date and Place of birth, Citizenship and Instrument of each member of the Ensemble.
    Indicate Cognome e Nome, Data e Luogo di nascita, Cittadinanza e Strumento di ciascun membro dell'Ensemble.
